Another busy day for our crews starting early this morning with a bus fire on the Severn bridge supporting South Wales Fire and Rescue Service with Patchway Fire Station.
Thank you to all the road users for allowing us safe travel through the congested lanes on the bridge. We then had a training session this morning with Network Rail and Fitzgerald Plant Services at Severn tunnel junction and then this afternoon a lift rescue at Thornbury Town Council offices and later a standby at Yate Fire Station as Yate Firefighters were busy on a call. It’s turning out to be a busy month.
