4. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary with:

5. Cookies and third-party services on our website
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use the following types:
- Strictly necessary – needed for the website and its forms to work securely. These do not require consent.
- Analytics – Google Analytics (cookies named
_ga and _ga_*, kept for up to 2 years) helps us understand how visitors use our site. Google may process this information in the United States.
- Business visitor identification – a script provided by [VISITOR IDENTIFICATION PROVIDER] helps us understand which organisations visit our website. It may use your IP address, cookies and similar identifiers, and shares data with partners including Demandbase and LiveIntent.
- Spam protection – Google reCAPTCHA checks that form submissions come from a person rather than an automated program. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Embedded content – some pages include YouTube videos, a Google map and social media widgets (provided by Elfsight). These providers may set their own cookies and receive your IP address when the content loads.
- Fonts and icons – Google Fonts and Font Awesome are loaded from their servers, which receive your IP address.
We only set analytics, visitor identification and other non-essential cookies with your consent. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link on our website, or block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.
6. International transfers
Some of the providers above (including Google, Demandbase and LiveIntent) may process personal information outside the UK, mainly in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on UK adequacy regulations (including the UK–US data bridge) or approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
7. How long we keep your information
- Enquiries that do not lead to business: [2 years] from our last contact with you.
- Customer, order and invoicing records: 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to, to meet tax and legal requirements.
- Unsuccessful job applications: [6 months] after the role is filled, unless you agree to us keeping them longer.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months in Google Analytics.
After these periods we securely delete or anonymise the information.
8. How we protect your information
Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to the information we hold is restricted to staff and providers who need it. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no transmission over the internet is completely secure.
9. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
